The End of the F**king World

The End of the Fucking World was a mini-comic written in 2013 by the British author Charles Forsman. It immediately garnered the attention of multiple higher ups of Channel 4 in the U.K. A test pilot was shot in 2015 but was not picked up until the project was revived in late 2016 as part of a Channel 4/ Netflix deal. The plot follows a boy named James (hey no wonder I like the show) and a girl named Alyssa in a duel narrative. The show for all intents and purposes is a romance, except for one thing, James is a sociopath who does not believe in love and actually is planning to kill Alyssa. This premise leads to a surprisingly heart warming but no doubt dark story of teenage love. Check out the trailer below.
