The Regrettes

I'm going to be honest, it took a lot of talking into for me to write this band up. Not because I don't like them, not because they are bad, but because I was simply jealous of them, and you would be stupid not to be jealous of them. Lydia Night formed her first band when she was 13, by 15 her band the Pretty Little Demons released their first EP. In 2016 an executive at Warner Bros found that EP and signed the Pretty Little Demons (now renamed the Regrettes) and put them on tour with Kate Nash. Later that year The Regrettes played South by Southwest. In 2017 they released their first album. Now 18, Lydia has sold out multiple shows at stadiums and festivals around the world. To put this in perspective for y'all I was born November 12, 2000, Lydia was born October 13, 2000. She is a little under a month older than me yet I'm here sitting at my computer typing away about her whereas she is somewhere probably practicing with her band mates or coming up with their next song. So yeah I'm Jealous, but wouldn't you be too? They are playing July 28th in Richmond for anyone who can make it up there.
